These terms cover the MSign website. They are the rules for reading the pages and sending a request. They are not a license to the signage software.
The website
The pages describe MSign, digital signage software for businesses. MSign is based in the New York metro. The software is for screens anywhere in the United States.
The writing is information about the product. It is not a promise that a feature is already available to you. Prices on the pricing page are list prices for planning. A written quote is the order.
Requesting access
A request for access is a message. It is not an order, and it is not a contract. We may reply, ask a follow-up, or decline. Sending the form does not reserve screens, hardware, or a place in a queue.
Apple, Android, and Tizen screens
MSign is built to play on screens and players a business already has, including devices that run Apple software, Android, or Samsung Tizen. Apple, Android, Tizen, and the names of those companies are trademarks of their owners. MSign is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Apple, Google, or Samsung.
Using one of those devices is also subject to that company's terms. That can include the license for the operating system, the rules for a commercial display, and any app-store or sideload rules that apply to how the player is installed. You are responsible for meeting those terms. MSign does not obtain a hardware certification for you, and nothing on this website is a claim that a particular model is approved unless a written quote says so.
What you put on a screen is yours to clear. That includes copyright in the images and video, and any privacy, advertising, or local sign rule that applies to the room. MSign does not file permits, building certificates, or accessibility reviews for the physical screen.
Text messages
If you ask MSign to text a sign-in code, you agree to receive that one-time message at the number you provide. The message is for verifying the sign-in. It is not a promotion. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is one code for each sign-in attempt you start.
The text is sent by Twilio for MSign. Reply STOP to cancel texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out means we cannot text a code to that number. Sign-in by text stays off until you opt in again. A separate consent would be required before any marketing text, and this site does not send marketing texts.
The software
MSign plays images, video, and web pages on screens a business already has. Someone updates those screens from a browser. If we agree to give you access, that use is covered by a separate agreement. Nothing on this website, by itself, grants that access.
Using the form
Send information that is yours to send. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or someone else's private information. Do not use the form to probe, flood, or disrupt the site.
A menu, a lobby message, or any other material you describe in a request stays yours. These terms do not give MSign ownership of it.
Our words and pictures
The MSign name, the writing on this site, and the way the pages are arranged belong to MSign. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product. Photographs and video are used under the Pexels license.
The site as it is
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, or that a request will be accepted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MSign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Some places do not allow that limit. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
New York law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about this website are brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, when the law allows that venue.
