MSignThese terms apply to your use of Msign, the digital signage service provided by Mtech Distributors (“Mtech”, “we”).
Your account
You need an account to use Msign. Keep your password safe and tell us at support@mtechdistributors.com if you think someone else has used your account. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite and for the workspace's plan.
Plans, trials and billing
Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in Plan & billing. A free trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. When it ends, your plan continues and is invoiced each billing period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Invoices are due within the time shown on them. If an invoice stays unpaid after the due date and a grace period, we may pause the workspace: your content is kept, but your TVs show a notice instead of your content until the bill is paid.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time in Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already billed. We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
Your content
You own the photos, videos and other content you upload, and you are responsible for having the right to show them. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run the service for you. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing or harmful, or anything you aren't allowed to show in public.
Acceptable use
Don't try to access other customers' data, overload or disrupt the service, or use it to distribute malware. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service
We work to keep Msign available and your TVs playing, including when their internet connection drops, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Mtech's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
