This website is meant to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and a system setting that asks for less motion. We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That is a target we design toward. It is not a certificate.
What this covers
This statement is about the MSign website. It is not a claim about content a customer later publishes to their own screens. A menu, a lobby message, or a web page on a display is the customer's content.
What we designed for
The site is built so the pages can be read and operated without a mouse.
- Headings follow a single order, so a page can be scanned by section.
- The request form has a visible label on every field.
- A skip link moves past the header to the main content.
- Keyboard focus is shown.
- Text and controls use a light color on a dark background.
- Buttons are words, not pictures of words.
Motion and video
If your system asks for reduced motion, the full-screen videos stay on a still frame, and the scroll-linked scenes stay stacked instead of pinned.
The videos are scenery. They have no speech. The meaning of each scene is in the heading beside it, so the clips are hidden from assistive technology. They play muted.
Known limits
Some photographs are busy interiors. We describe them in the text alternative. A description can still be missing or too thin. If you find one, tell us.
Screens you publish
Digital signage is what a room looks at. Making that message readable — type size, contrast, how long a slide stays up — is part of what you put on the screen. This page does not do that work for you.
